Fisher Brothers Media is engaged in the development, acquisition, creation, production, distribution and global licensing of proprietary content including motion pictures, television programs and digital content. Danny and Jack Fisher’s motion picture credits include “The Ten” starring Paul Rudd, Winona Ryder and Jessica Alba, “Descent” starring Rosario Dawson, Lionsgate horror film “Tamara”, John Waters’ “A Dirty Shame” starring Johnny Knoxville and the critically acclaimed documentary “Unforgotten: 25 Years After Willowbrook.” Currently in production is the television series about The Beatles called “The Lost Songs of Lennon, McCartney, Harrison & Starr.”

The Fisher brothers’ previous company, City Lights Media, was one of the most prolific creators and producers of television content in the world, with over 60 shows created and produced for over two dozen networks, including Food Network’s hit show “Chopped.”  City Lights also produced over 1,000 webisodes, including the Emmy Award winning “Book Obsessed” for Barnes & Noble.  City Lights’ distribution division released high profile projects such as “Kiss of the Spider Woman” on DVD and “The Year My Parents Went on Vacation” theatrically.  City Lights also operated one of the largest post-production facilities in New York, with 35 digital editing and sound suites.

Fisher Brothers Media is in production on the television documentary series

“The Lost Songs of Lennon, McCartney, Harrison & Star.”

Fisher Brothers Media has acquired the television rights to the hottest new humor site on the web – crapatmyparentshouse.com and is in development on a reality television series based on the site.

Current television commercials in production include a national campaign featuring Erin Brockovich directed by Jack Fisher for Weitz & Luxenberg, a national campaign for Armitron Watches and a PSA campaign to be aired on Discovery Channel.  Current webisodes in production include a campaign for Web Laundry.

Current motion picture projects include Nicholas Ray biopic “Interrupted,” to be directed by Philip Kaufman (“The Right Stuff,” “The Unbearable Lightness of Being,” “Quills”) from a screenplay by Academy Award nominee Oren Moverman (“The Messenger”) based on “I Was Interrupted: Nicholas Ray on Making Movies” edited and introduced by Susan Ray.

Attached to star in “Interrupted” is Al Pacino.
